HR EXECUTIVE ON A PART-TIME BASIS
We are looking for an HR Executive on a part-time basis, to join our team. The chosen candidate’s responsibilities will include:
- Develop strategies to attract top talent that align with the company’s goals and values;
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from creating job postings to making job offers;
- Conduct or coordinate interviews and screen applicants to ensure a good fit for the school’s culture and requirements;
- Develop and enforce HR policies that reflect the company’s mission; comply with local labour laws and foster a positive workplace by addressing concerns and conflicts promptly and effectively;
- Promote open communication channels between management and staff through regular meetings and feedback mechanisms;
- Manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring it is fair, consistent, and tied to the company’s objectives, whilst identifying areas for improvement and working with department heads to implement training and development plans;
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Provide information and support to employees regarding their benefits, addressing queries and concerns;
- Stay informed about local labour laws and regulations, ensuring the company’s HR practices are in compliance;
- Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records to ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations;
- Coordinate a comprehensive onboarding process for new employees, sick leave management, probation reviews, work permit applications, performance management and termination procedures amongst many other processes. Orientation and training, whilst managing the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews, and ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
Working Hours: Flexible
Total Hours: Part-time: 24hrs/week
Skill-sets and Requirements
- Must be people oriented and results driven
- Able to build and maintain positive relationships across the organization
- Must carry excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Education & Experience
- Proficient in Google Docs and Microsoft Office
- Must have 3 – 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- A degree level of Education in HR is a must
- Must have an excellent understanding of the Maltese Law

STORE KEEPER
Being one of the trendsetters in the windows and doors market, Finestral had been manufacturing quality apertures for the last 20 years. Over the years the company had invested in new premises, compromising the latest equipment and facilities to its most valuable assets, its workforce.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Receiving all items and storing them in appropriate stores.
- Ensuring standard product specifications are received.
- Coordinating with the Procurement department about ordering and receiving of all stock items.
- Preparing and checking internal and external requisitions.
- Periodic stock taking.
- Continuous upkeeping of all store areas.
- Upkeep of the stock control system including requisitions, transfers, and orders.
- Transportation of items to external locations where necessary.
- Prepare goods required for onward dispatch.
Skills and Requirements
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Eligible to work legally in Malta.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team. IT literate.
- Be able to communicate in both Maltese and English languages.
- Be a team player and have a high level of organization, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency. Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- Possession of a C1 driving license, forklift license will be considered an asset.
- The right candidate should have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and experience in a comparable position.

PRODUCTION ENGINEER
Selected candidate must be experienced in Aluminium/PVC CNC machinery:
- Ability to prepare cutting lists through the appropriate software.
- Responsible for the programming and allocation of works.
- Keeping adequate stock levels necessary for production.
- Good communication skills, computer literate, organised and flexible.
